Our Story

Pressed & Parched was founded during Ashley’s own wedding planning journey. While preparing for her big day, she fell in love with floral design and, more specifically, the art of preserving sentimental blooms long after the celebration had ended. In the months leading up to her wedding, Ashley dedicated herself to learning preservation techniques, carefully practicing with different flower types and styles.

As her wedding day approached and honeymoon plans were finalized, Ashley realized she wouldn’t be able to preserve her own bouquet. Although the task was outsourced, the experience sparked an idea she couldn’t let go of. Wanting to give others what she wished she’d been able to do herself, Ashley shared her vision for Pressed & Parched with friends and family who were getting married.

One practice bouquet quickly turned into another… and another. Today, Pressed & Parched continues to bloom, preserving life’s most meaningful moments one flower at a time.
