FAQs

Will my flowers look exactly as they did on my wedding day?

1

Short answer: no.

Color changes are normal and depend on several factors. Because of the preservation process and drying, nearly every flower will change to some degree. For example, bright red roses often turn purple, white flowers may yellow, and light pink flowers can shift to purple or gray.

Timing also affects how your flowers preserve. I need the bouquet in hand no later than 5 days after the event—sooner is always better. Cooler months may allow a little more flexibility, while warmer months can shorten this timeframe.

How do I get started?

2

Email Ashley at pressed_and_parched@yahoo.com with your event date and wedding location.

Pressed and Parched understands the decision fatigue that comes with wedding planning and knows that decisions like final sizing can be postponed due to the lengthy nature of the preservation process. That’s why we offer flexibility, allowing you to choose your sizing later rather than at the time of booking.

To reserve your date, all we require is a $100 deposit. The remaining balance is due once your order is complete, and payment plans are also available.

Please note Ashley can only take a limited amount of bouquets per weekend, booking at least 3 months in advance is encouraged especially in peak wedding season March-June and September-November. Bereavement and memorial pieces are always accommodated whenever possible, as these moments often come without the ability to plan ahead.
